Dr. Andrea Neff was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and began her studies at West Virginia University where she received a scholarship to play on the womens tennis team. In 2001 she received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology. She continued her optometric studies at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry from which she graduated in 2005.

Dr. Neff has had experience in all forms of practice. She has completed rotations at Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, where she worked in a full scope ophthalmology environment which included pre and post operative cataract care, extensive diabetic care, and many foreign body emergencies. At the Eye Institute Pediatrics/Low Vision centers in Philadelphia, PA, she helped design and implement vision therapy programs and provided primary eyecare to the pediatric population. She also provided comprehensive low vision exams which included hand on instruction of various telescopes, magnifiers, microscopes and computer devices. She completed two rotations in Private Practices; Eldredge Eye Associates, Langhorn, PA, and Cassey's Optical, Brookhaven, PA, where she provided primary care for patients, including glaucoma and pre and post operative management for LASIK patients.

Dr. Neff has been practicing since 2005 in Rock Hill, Columbia and Greenville in various settings and has performed many contact lens fits with soft, Rigid Gas Permeable and multifocal lenses. She loves a challenge in getting her patients the best vision attainable no matter their visual dysfunctions. She is especially comfortable with children and has much patience in performing their exams.

Dr. Neff is a member of the American Optometric Association and the South Carolina Optometric Association. She loves children and is a member of InfantSEE which provides free vision screening for infants. Dr. Neff is married and has two children. Her interests include cooking, exercising and spending time with family.
